WHICH? is a brand name used by the Consumers Association and exists to promote consumer choice in the purchase of goods and services. Whilst many websites exist that allow consumers to check on feedback left for a company, only WHICH? independently verify client feedback, check company policies/practices, delve into company accounts and set out a strict code of conduct which companies must adhere to. I would like to thank my team and my clients, without whom this accreditation would not have been possible.

 

The code of conduct offers an extra layer of security for our clients and ensures best practice and procedures in relation to how we handle consumer contracts, goods and materials, taxes, consumer cancellation rights, payments, guarantees and warranties and insurance complaints.

Complaints

As much as we endeavor to never give our clients any reason to complain, we do understand that occasionally things can go wrong. I project manage every job and always check in throughout to ensure any potential issues are resolved quickly. Should an issue arise you should contact me directly, either in person, by phone or by email.

 

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a WHICH? Trusted Trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so, please contact WHICH?
